b_serverinstance_info_view help

So I've been searching the forums and google for over hours and I still can't find how I edit the b_serverinstance_info_view for YaTQA. When I try to use YaTQA the hostinfo and instanceinfo is red it says "Required permission b_serverinstance_info_view" , but how can I do it? b_serverinstance_info_view help
