Not possible How do add multiple icons to a user? (without using permission)

I want to add icons which has nothing to do with permissions. Like for e.g. admin, member icons. These icons I got are simply for fun and shouldn't have anything to do with permissions. I have done step one -> View icons - > Upload Now I want to give these fun icons to other users. Please... Not possible How do add multiple icons to a user? (without using permission)
