channel restricted permissions.

Hi everyone, I have a problem... I want to give the opportunity to people who join a specific channel that they can give them self a servergroup. (they can't remove it when they add it to them selfs) but now the tricky part... they should only add the servergroup to there selfs and not to... channel restricted permissions.
