Grant talk power error

Hello there. I have some problems with the teamspeak server. I want to chance the value of talk power in some server groups. But i get an error "i_client_talk_power" > "insufficient permission modify power" We can't find anywhere usefull information about it, ir it 50% of the right... Grant talk power error
