Conection problems, low quality network (300/300 MB)

Hi, im using last version of TS3 and now I got a lot of disconections, and I dont know why. I got 300/300 simetric fiber, and when I monitorizing my network I see that the quality goes from 90% to 40% or less with 30-40% of package loss, and then I have been kicking and reconeccting.
