May be not a bug because everything works, but I think that there should be no CPU load when nobody is speaking, all mic muted. My ultrabook under Kubuntu 14.04 LTS shows at least 6% CPU load for TS 3.0.19.4 on a Dell XPS L322X with i7-3537U CPU @ 2.00GHz TS client 6% CPU load
