Permission to automatically creat a Temporary room by joining "this room".

Hello, Iv´e seen some servers that have a room saying "Join here for private channel" and when you join that "room" you automatically get restricted to a temporary room where you can be in, and as soon you switch room or disconnect from the server, the room dissapear. So.. My question is:... Permission to automatically creat a Temporary room by joining "this room".
