TS3 causing lag while talking

Dear members, I need some help because TS3 is causing seriously lag when i hit the push to talk button (even if i don´t talk). the lag is more like an freeze for 10 - 30 sec or sometimes it causes an complete crash of the game. My CPU use is normally at only 20-30 % so it isn´t the problem and... TS3 causing lag while talking
