Request Talk Power pop up frozen

I am new to team speak and every time i try to enter a tournament channel, there's a pop up about requesting talk power and the teamspeak clients is frozen after that. I cannot scroll, or quit the client, and I can't click anywhere. I than would have to force quit the client and restart it,... Request Talk Power pop up frozen
