On a TS server that I use I have full moderator powers, I can kick and ban people I can move people into other channels, I only can't move people into my own channel that I have on the server. I am channel admin of that channel, it is password protected. Other moderators can move people into my... Can't move people into my own channel and I have moderator powers.
