Cant find any teamspeak server unless using vpn

i am a user and i cant connect to teamspeak servers unless i using vpn. my ip address is 42.60.19.41 Is it that the ip address is blocked? Pls check thank you Is there any settings i need to do cause i cant find any server unless i use vpn. With vpn i can get into the ts3 server. What info do...
