Question: TS3 using Yamaha MG10XU for audio source

I have a Yamaha MG10XU sound mixer that I use to access my mic and headset and am having issues. The people that I normally talk to say that my voice is very quiet and slightly distorted. Using a regular headset with a boom mic attached my voice comes through clear and loud. Are there settings... Question: TS3 using Yamaha MG10XU for audio source
