Notifications > Channel > Edited > Other Channel > By the server

Hi, I just found out that Notifications > Channel > Edited > Other Channel > By the server does not have any sounds associated with it and therefore when channel will be edited the user should not hear any sound (at least i think so). So therefore my question is, what does that notification... Notifications > Channel > Edited > Other Channel > By the server
