Typing modifier keys: " ' ^ ` ~

Hey there, I am running the latest TS3 client for Linux AMD64. And I cant type any modifier keys straight into teamspeak itself, I have this problem with the " ' ^ ` ~ characters. I cant type them on their own and I cant combine them with another character, ie: ã ä â á à. Some information... Typing modifier keys: " ' ^ ` ~
