Help in admin ranks

Hi all I am looking for some help with setting up admin ranks. My ts3 has 212 members over 9 games and we use an army rank structure to cover all the games. what I would like is to set up some admin ranks that can promote or demote in their team. IE [AL] Admin Leader is given to the 2nd... Help in admin ranks
