TS deactivates microphone and ingame sound

Hello fellas, I have a problem, I already read about but I couldn't find any answers. When ever I'm on TS3 and start a game via Steam, my microphone gets muted, I can't hear the others in my channel anymore and the ingame sound gets deactivated or at least I hear strange beep-noises instead of...
