Sound messed up for headphones

I recently was experiencing an issue with my computer so I force shutdown it. However when I turned it back on my headphones stopped picking up sound from Team speak. It registers my mic and I go into the settings to make sure it has the right playback but it won't actually send sound though my... Sound messed up for headphones
