Need a way to make a channel bound to a certain server group

Hi there, I have a couple of friends that need to be able to join certain channels, so I had to give them server admin. Now the problem is... some of them are serious trolls. They don't respect it when I am playing a match competitive in private channel and they troll me when I'm in that... Need a way to make a channel bound to a certain server group
