Teamspeak taking over ALL sounds.

Hi, As said in the title when i have teamspeak running and joined on a server, It takes over all sounds and I'm unable to listen to chrome sounds, spotify etc etc. I have disabled "allow other applications to control" the audio device in properties but doesn't work and i have updated all... Teamspeak taking over ALL sounds.
