Hello guys! I want to download a voice changer just for fun, and when i download it, it hasn't got any icons (only a pice of paper), and when i click on it asks, what programe should the file could be opened. I click on ts app and nothing happens! (Windows 8.1) How to install .ts3_plugin file?
