PTT and Continuous Transmission work, but Voice Activation does not.

Hi, I am having the problem that my mic does not work when I use Voice Activation. I did a test with all 3 modes, PTT and Continuous Tranmission, both worked very well, I could hear myself, others in Teamspeak could hear me aswell. When I tested Voice Activation, I couldn't hear myself and... PTT and Continuous Transmission work, but Voice Activation does not.
