Ignore password on select channels.

I have several channels with passwords. There are different tiers of admins. I have channels for the different admins that have passwords. Is it possible to make it so the lower admin cant join the higher admin channels only ignore the password on join on their respective channels and the ones... Ignore password on select channels.
