even if mic is disconnected, other users hear echo

i'm having this problem from a week, and i searched and try every suggestion i found on google, but nothing work. isn't a problem of audio too loud, cause the echo is still there if i mute the headset. is a software problem. the sound that i hear, the sound from pc, are trasmit through my mic, and... even if mic is disconnected, other users hear echo
