Hi, I'm trying to work out what permissions are tied to the Offline Messages system. I can see members of the server as the Admin but my Co-Admin is not able to see anyone in the list within the Offline Messages box. And if he tries to type someones name in the Recipients box. He gets a... Offline Messages permissions?
