TS Server crashes when trying to connect from a VM

Hello, First post here so please correct me if I do anything wrong. Iv'e been running my own teamspeak server for awhile now. But today a few friends and I had the idea of using a VM with TS installed to run a music bot. So I installed Win 7 in VMWare. Got TS installed and everything. As soon... TS Server crashes when trying to connect from a VM
