I can't see users in other channels

Hi, so today I went into the teamspeak that I own. While doing so I saw no one was in the teamspeak so I decided to join the channel my friends and I usually default to. As soon as I do this 4 people in that channel appear there, and as soon as I leave I can't see them and I even tried resetting my... I can't see users in other channels
