One server lags for me. Help needed.

Hello, im a daily user of teamspeak but have never encountered any problems. Thats why im lost in the dark and id appreciate if someone could help me here. Since yesterday 1 particular server lags for me. I cant hear someone properly and this only encounters on the one server. Nobody else has... One server lags for me. Help needed.
