Shortcut doesn't work in some situations

TS version: 3.0.19.4 OS: Windows 10 Pro I use a shortcut (control + left win) to use Push-To-Talk. On Windows 7, I never had problems. After upgrade to Windows 10, shortcuts don't work in some situations. Tried to change shortcut combination, no result. Playing Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare...
