Headset mute issues.

I am using a Logitech G930 Headset with the flip boom mute feature. You rotate the boom up over your head and it mutes the headset. I'm having an issue with this. Every time the headset is muted, Teamspeak stops picking up sound from it even after I unmute it and produces some horrible static... Headset mute issues.
