Can't Enter A Lobby

Hello, I am having some trouble regarding the fact that I am unable to join a lobby while using TS3.I entered the server name, then joined the server, but only a screen came up with a few things on it. Including, the TS3 name, and my speakers/microphone settings. (If they are on or off) I've... Can't Enter A Lobby
