error important server icons

So on my TS3 server i cannot import pictures into my server. I made sure they are all 16x16 png files. I keep getting this error "Transfer "icon_845839035" reports: (could not open file transfer connection)" but the icon_845839035 is a different number everytime. Please help me! error important server icons
