Can't connect to TS server

Hi, I recently replaced a lot of my PC parts but nothing networking specific, and now I cannot join my previous TS3 server that I used to use daily to talk to clan mates, and I've no idea why. The address is the same, because I noted it to a file and I';ve asked my friend for the address, and it... Can't connect to TS server
