How do I use my DDNS server?

I setup DDNS through asuscomm.com I have used it in the past to host a TS server but I either don't remember how to set it up or the process has changed. I already have the DDNS setup. It's the same one that I used before. I just need TS to connect to it. How do I use my DDNS server?
