Modify description for specific channel

I want to set a specific server group to be able to modify the description of a specific channel but i can only manage to set it to that either it's available on all channels or on none at all. Setting i_channel_needed_modify_power doesnt seem to do anything for me. Any help would be gretaly... Modify description for specific channel
