Other user has the same Server Group but they cannot do what I can?

Hello guys I'm new to owning my own Teamspeak3 server and I used a video on creating my permissions. I had initially created a few Server Groups Stemming from the "Primary Admin" Group, I put my friend under the same group as me so that he could foresee everything, however for some reason he does... Other user has the same Server Group but they cannot do what I can?
