Seeking help cusomizing TS3 Client

I have a streaming application that requires elimination of the microphone buttons in the client (mic is always off) - I need someone to customize this for me, who is proficient at modifying the client? I also need a version where mic is always on but not via voice activation or key depressed -... Seeking help cusomizing TS3 Client
