Failed to Connect to Server (First time creating server)

Hi, I've just tried creating my own server for the first time, but when i am trying to connect to either localhost or 127.0.0.1:9987 (I've tried it with and without the password given when you first open the server app) then i get the following: <15:15:52> Trying to resolve hostname localhost... Failed to Connect to Server (First time creating server)
