Turtle Beach z11: Friends can hear themselves through my microphone but not me

I have already tried unplugging my jacks, reinstalling drivers, restarting pc and trying different audio plugs. Both my headset and mic are the default device in both windows 10 settings and teamspeak, there are no levels in the recording devices menu unless someone else is talking while I hold...
