I can't hear myself talking.

Whenever I try to talk on teamspeak I can't hear myself and I have no idea why? I use to have teamspeak and I only just recently reinstalled it and when I use to have it I could hear myself perfectly fine. I could also hear myself in the set up wizard I just can;t hear myself when I try to... I can't hear myself talking.
