Rankup Bot- Via IPboard Forum Ranks

I have a teamspeak and a forum running IPboard. The ranks are the same on both the teamspeak and the forum, how would i go about making it so that if someone has a rank on the forum, they are automatically ranked up on the teamspeak next time they join it?
