Special Channel Groups

I need a Channel to have special Channel Groups that only apply to that channel. While every other channel has the default "Channel Admin", "Operator", "Voice". This channel has something like. "Manager", "Captain", etc. Simple question, simple answer. Just hoping it's possible. Thanks in... Special Channel Groups
