When is TS going to add the feature to let admins set default style

I find it hard to believe that as long as TS has been around and as many customizations that are available for the user side that TS has not or will not add a feature to be able to set the server side theme. This is 2016 and everyone wants to customize everything for their group, team,... When is TS going to add the feature to let admins set default style
