Unable to Speak, can hear just fine

When I upgraded to version 3.0.19.4, it disabled my microphone. I can still hear people on the server just fine, but I am unable to send to anything other than the "Test" command in the options. I am using a Razer Kraken headset, which gives the option of using either the 7.1 controller or the... Unable to Speak, can hear just fine
