(request) bot that auto-moves clients to his own clan/group upon connection to server

*hello! i need a bot, or if there's any bot that will auto move someone to his own clan room as soon as he enters the server. there is such a bot from a server i always connect to, but i don't know what is it called. my server is based on a linux host.
