Push to talk beeping noises

Every time I use push to talk, I hear a tone when I press the button and release it. It just started happening today after turning on my pc. It only happens when teamspeak is not the window in focus, for example when I'm trying to play World of Warcraft and talk. I have "Own client plays mic... Push to talk beeping noises
