How to get the IP (Country) of an joining Client

Hi everybody, I am writing a plugin for a TS3 Server in Java (JTS3). And I'm trying to get the IP of every client to prevent clients from joining if they are living not in Germany, Austria, Italy and Switzerland. How do I get the IPs?
