Don't allow users to subscribe channel

Hello all I am in need of some help please. I am looking to set a permission where people can not see whos in a channel unless they are in that channel. The way I have it set up now is that I have a general chat room for all members, then two channels with sub channels built in which are both... Don't allow users to subscribe channel
