Strange Packet loss Spikes

I am currently unsure as to what causes these strange spikes in Team speak 3. When checking my client info when these spikes occur I get any where between 25%-45% packet loss in and out and this causes me either to not be capable of hearing my buddies or my mic cuts out for a second or two.
