Not possible How do i listen in the channel only some clients?

Hi! Is there a way, while I´m in a channel with say 15 other client, to listen only the ones who have the required permission, lets say over 50 to talk? Like if i have a needed to talk to me over 50, the clients below that would be as mute. Not possible How do i listen in the channel only some clients?
