Fixing Packet Loss

When playing games and I start to lag (as I don't have a good computer) I get packet loss on teamspeak, therefore I become robot-like and it's annoying to lag and people can't understand me, is there a way to solve this? Thanks. Fixing Packet Loss

Server fails to allow outside connections after a random duration.

Server version: 3.0.13.6 on Linux So I'm pretty confused as to what's causing this. Basically everything works fine and people can join and talk on the server perfectly fine. But the problem is, sometimes after a random amount of time (could be an hour or a few days) the server will spit this... Server fails to allow outside connections after a random duration.

So I want my channel admin add/remove server groups to people in their channel, and when he gives a user one server group he cannot remove it and cannot give another server group.
